Terms & Conditions

• The cottage is available to let on a weekly basis (Saturday to Saturday)
• Arrival time is 2:30 p.m. and departure by 10:00am
• All bedding and bathroom towels are provided but we ask guests to bring their own towels for beach use.
• Vehicles should not be left at the front of the cottage except for loading and unloading at the start and finish of your holiday.
• A parking permit is supplied for the car park.
• We do accept pets on a per case basis. A charge of £25 per week/pet is made. It is also a condition that pets remain on the ground floor and are not allowed on furniture.
• We also ask our guests to refrain from smoking anywhere inside the cottage.
  In order to keep our charges to a minimum we ask our guests to observe a “leave me as you found me policy”. Returning all furniture to its original positions and insuring all washing up is taken care of and removing sand and shingle etc before 10:00am on departure day.
• A 20% deposit is required with booking. Balance to be paid 1 month before holiday.
